Privacy Notice

This notice describes what information may be collected when the site is used, why it may be processed, when it may be shared, and the choices available to visitors. Continued use signals acceptance of these practices.

Information That May Be Collected

Search words entered in a sponsored search box are sent to the outside provider that operates it. Messages voluntarily sent to us may include a name, email address, and message text. Servers and analytics services may automatically record an IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited, and date or time. Cookies or similar storage may remember preferences, measure use, support security, and help advertising work.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to operate and secure the site, answer a message, understand page performance, diagnose faults, prevent misuse, improve content, and display or measure advertising. It is not used to create an official Green County arrest, jail, or court record. Kentucky public-record access is governed by the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884, but that law does not turn this private site into a government custodian.

Cookies and Advertising

Analytics providers and ad networks may place their own cookies or similar identifiers. Their technology and privacy terms are controlled by them. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, though some site functions may then work differently.

Outside Links and Search Partners

Links may lead to Green County, Greensburg, Taylor detention, Kentucky Corrections, court, federal, news, or search-partner sites. Each destination has its own privacy rules. Search providers receive terms entered in their boxes and may offer paid services under their own terms.

When Data May Be Shared

Data may be received by hosting vendors, search partners, analytics providers, and advertising networks as needed for their services. It may also be disclosed to law enforcement or another authority when required by a valid legal order, or when reasonably needed to protect rights, security, or users. Personal information is not promised to remain private when the law compels disclosure.

Security and Retention

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. Information may be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal duties, dispute handling, security, or enforcement.

Visitors Under Eighteen

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and it does not knowingly seek personal information from minors. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Contact Us page.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on applicable law, a visitor may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information submitted directly to us, or object to certain processing. A request may require identity verification, and a legal exception may limit what can be done. Cookie choices can also be managed through the browser.

Notice Changes

This notice may be revised when practices, services, or legal duties change. The posted version applies once published. Review it periodically for updates.
